The owner has a horrible attitude. She was rude the last time I was there, and she was rude to me and my child this time. She yelled and snapped at us, and I don’t appreciate that at all. Her mother did my daughter’s pedicure and coughed on her feet multiple times. She forgot what she asked for and messed up her pedicure. went in to ask for a soak off. When I went to sit in the chair, she used another nails and ripped mine off. When checking out, it was $20 and I asked why and she said soak offs were $20…. Confused I then said she didn’t soak off my nails, she ripped them off. And she said it was the same thing…… I love this place for pedicures, but will not be coming back again.
I never leave reviews but I just really wanted to show my appreciation for them in a way that hopefully anyone who reads this decides to also go here and support them. My nail artist is Tammy (Tam) who is always so sweet and like me just vibing, not a talker but whatever design I show her knocks it out of the park everytime.
