They are scammers..application fee collectors. The good reviews are done by people who work there.
We have sent emails and texts and have called numerous times to view a property for lease and Kumar Shanmugavelu who is a realtor with this business simply refuses to respond or answer any of our inquiries. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend esp if you are serious about looking for a property. It will lease before they even make time to respond to those interested.
