We have bought this flooring on 3 different occasions and added to our house as we could afford to lay the flooring in the new locations. Our last installation was the center 1500 sq. ft. of the house in 2015. We noticed de-lamination/ and parts of the flooring coming off at the knots in the wood in 2018. We contacted our installer who sent me to L&M who sent me back to installer who had inspector come out.. never heard back from any of them.. after over 30+ contacts/ messages/ emails with both the installer, inspection crew... read more

We had your flooring installed in our new home. It scratches easily. Also, it won't stay clean. I have tried, mineral spirits and then cleaned, used rejuvenate. I have many hardwood floors in the past, and have never had any probkems. I would NOT recommend this product in the future.
