Place is a joke had tech come to one of my properties to install chimney cap less then a month ago went to property today cap fell off called office to tell them what happened I need it reinstall immediately do to me selling house told me I had to wait till next week for someone to look at it. I told them just to reimburse me ill fix it myself because of lack of workmanship it fell off less then 30 days.
