Charged me $89 and never provided me with a quote and wont give a refund - why would you even come out? I've spoken to Nancy their 3rd party "costumer service rep" and have had zero progress over 4 calls and a 2 week period. Really shameful the way they conduct business. I held out as long as I could before posting this. Don't use this company.

His attention to detail was amazing, and the area was left totally spotless. The air duct cleaning considerably improved air quality. Place is a joke had tech come to one of my properties to install chimney cap less then a month ago went to property today cap fell off called office to tell them what happened I need it reinstall immediately do to me selling house told me I had to wait till next week for someone to look at it. I told them just to reimburse me ill fix it myself because of lack of workmanship it fell off less then 30 days.
