I wanted a custom stainless anchor roller for my boat. I designed patterns and had them cut from 1/4" 316 Stainless Steel. Jim did a great job welding it up for me. He tacked it up on-site (in the marina) and finished the job back at his shop, great job, good person, pleasure to deal with. His prices also were on the crazy-low side imho.
