Stellar service from Sydney at the front desk via telephone. I needed information & had several questions. Without rushing me they were able to swiftly accomplish my goals and set up an appointment. 5/5

Came in with a pain in the a RV with a blown rear tire. They got us in and out quick on a Sunday. Awesome people.
Had a 10am appt. Showed up at 930. Told 2 hours give or take. At 3 hours I went home. At 430 I was called and told there were problems. I told them to proceed. Unable to reach them at 5:30 I went back. Car was ready. What's the point of an appt.? Owned by Tire Center now, not Lloyd. Reputation gone.
