Mother in law A/C stopped working. She called these clowns and they told her she needed new furnace A/C unit and all ducting in the house. I came up here noticed the fan wasn't turning so I ordered a capacitor off Amazon for $10 and fixed it. Lloyd's (clowns) wanted $10k to replace everything. Beware of this place they will rip you off 100%. They dont repair anything they just sell new because they have no clue what theyre doing. Would not recommend. We have a furnace from them and I called to ask for help or have someone come out for service and the guy was rude, arrogant, and not willing to offer any feedback. I would have tried to set up an appointment and had them come out when available but they weren’t interested. If you are looking for a company to go with I would choose someone else
