They came to work on the plumbing in the upper unit from us, they told us they needed access to our apartment in case they need to shut off the water. They came in at 8 am, cut a hole in our bathroom ceiling, didn't even bother to cover our belongings or ask us to move them, left a mess and left. The next day, the pipe they fixed leaked all over our bathroom. Waste water everywhere and all over our belongings. The apartments management was not helpful so we called Lloyd's ourselves to have them come back and fix their repair... read more
