I told him what I needed cleaned (an area rug), why it was dirty (dog pee), and accepted his price. He cleaned the rug on top of my hardwood floors when I asked him to clean it outside. The rug was still dirty, so he came a second time to complete the job. The second time, He left my rug soaked & wet outside in 50-degree weather with only 2 hours of daylight left.
