It's walk in. You get the barber that's available or it'll be a wait for the barber you want. I've had just every barber save for one. I've had afro to buzz cut styles. I've had to make cut suggestions and suggest a few tweaks for my hair type, which is course hair for my mixed background. I'll keep going because I like the location. **For the customers who like to get into deep conversation/debate with the barbers, be considerate of other customer's time. It's a barbershop first and foremost. **
