We paid Lloyd’s $350 to waterproof our awning. Either they never did it or they missed a Huge spot. It is our summer place so we couldn’t be there to see whether or not they came. We have been calling and calling and each time we get a different story as to why they didn’t come out....they’re backed up, don’t have enough manpower, it was raining (but it wasn’t). I would never recommend them to anyone. I would urge anyone to stay clear Barbara McCarthy Villas

You’re absolutely right Barbara no one should have to wait months for a service call to correct an issue. Other than the fabric being worn the waterproofing should’ve made a considerable difference. So yes it needs to be addressed. We did not manufacture your canopy therefore I’m not sure how old the fabric is. I assure you we are not just making excuses. Hands down the best place to buy awnings. Professional installers. Upfront pricing. No middle man, buy directly from Lloyd’s. I have had mine for six years now, and they look just as good today as they did the day they got installed. I also take mine down at the end of October and put them back up in May. It definitely helps to keep them looking new.
After posting a previous unsatisfactory review. I have had my awning installed . The workers were very professional and did an amazing job. Very happy and thankful for Lloyds of Millville for a job well done. Would highly recommend this company.
They do not respond very fast. I guess my business isn’t needed.
