(Doing this for my mom) My mom had her heating fixed in her van and the next day was leaking a fluid and they drove clear to Convoy to fix the leaking fluid problem. You will never find AWESOME service like this anywhere else! She will definitely continue to take her car there as well as I and the rest of the family!
I was headed from Michigan to North Carolina and my transmission started to act up in Van Wert I found lloyds and they took me right in and quickly found the problem which was just a hole in the hose thank God!! They were very nice and honest and quick to get me back on the road for my long journey. I am so thankful my issues happened in that town and not in the mountains. Driving through Ohio on our way to Tennessee from Michigan, my car decided to completely shut off at about 2am (on my birthday, none the less). AAA towed us to the nearest garage that just so happened to be Lloyd's. All I can say is that the service here was an absolute dream. They got us in right at 8am when they opened and got us out and back on the road within a few hours. We were within 10 miles of the Ohio/Ind.border, heading towards Michigan on a late Sunday afternoon when our cars gauges started lighting up!!! We had thought the Serpentine belt had broken. Brian from Superior Collision who came to toe our car, highly suggested we have the car taken to Lloyd's Auto Service. Well it was the water pump that failed. Absolutely the best garage around! Super friendly service! My husband is in Van Wert working for the next few weeks and we live in Pennsylvania. One of his brake lines broke, they took my husband back to his hotel, fixed the truck, and picked him back up to take him to the garage. They even fixed his phone for him, lol, he doesn't know his cell number by heart. We were expecting a large bill but it was amazingly small! I'm from out of town and had break issues. I went here and they worked me in, and got me back on the road! They gave me a ride back to my motel, and picked me up when my truck was done. They even programed my telephone number into my phone so I could find my cell number. I was treated like family, and my bill, was WAY under what I expected!! Thank you for the excellent service, wish I was able to give you 10 stars!!!
