The woman in the office was clueless.... had no idea what was on the lot. She tried to sell my husband a car that still needed tons of work to it (huge red flag) and a few others that required a 1400.00 down payment. Most of their cars have very high mileage and need a big down payment and are basically junk. We are so glad we did not buy from them......buyer beware.
My husband and I needed a newer car ASAP! Lloyds made sure we got into what we wanted immediately. There was no hesitation. There was incredible understanding and great communication. Everything was smooth. Thanks guys.

Terrible customer service. You would think a car purchased from them wouldn't need any work 2 weeks after. Anyways my dad picked up his car after repairs were done. He was told he could get his car on the side of the building to pick up. No it was parked out back BURIED IN SNOW. My dad uses a cane and was expected to clear it off and dig himself out. His car or anyone's car should of been cleared for them and ready to go. Not have anyone even more so a handicap person have to go through that.
Had my truck towed in Wednesday night. They were able to get it in Thursday (no appointment) find the problem and fix it. So I can have it back to get to work Friday. Excellent customer service. Thanks everyone!
I have purchased at least 10 vehicles over the years and sent friends and family to buy from Lloyds and have nothing but good things to say. They provide good used cars of all different levels depending on what you can afford. I have purchased older vehicles with a lot of miles to our most recent was only a couple years old with less than 20,000 miles and i have always felt i paid a fair price for what i got.
