Gotta say, best part of the whole process is Garrett. Very responsive, helpful, kind, and funny guy. Highly highly recommend just for that reason alone!!
The people that work for Redpeak and interact directly with tenants are all really nice, caring people in my experience, from help desk and email contacts to the maintenance guys. I am pretty consistently frustrated with the ratio of how much I pay to live here (which has just gone up again) versus the fact that the building is clearly extremely old with a pretty cheap veneer painted over everything. Great views, huge balcony, nice apt, easy move in
Samantha from the leasing team is wonderful and gave a great resident experience. Throughout my stay, the maintenance team was great as well.
