I'm a long timer here, almost 16 and a half years. My biggest reasons to stay have been the awesome view of mountains-front and back range, and downtown, as well as being two blocks from Cheesman park which I treasure. The rents shot up with the new owner-Red Peak, a few years ago, pretty much in line with the rest of corporate rentals. The front line staff at rental office (not in this building) have been good to work with given their constraints, and the maintenance staff are awesome. Alex was great! Very kind & courteous
My car has been broken into twice in five days. The gate to the EXPENSIVE parking garage has been broken since I moved in. This place is dangerous. I am hemorrhaging money getting my glass replaced every other day. Management is unresponsive and the police called me to let me know it has been two business days and they haven't been able to get a hold of Red Peak so they can access the security footage. But I do want to shout out Alex A for always being kind and helpful

“WOW!” is the first reaction we had when we looked at the apartment(it still is but there are buts). It’s got great lighting, lounge area, a doable gym, and an ever ready technician team. Alex Aldaco has been a great technician who’s helped repair several things in our apartment. He always works patiently and with utmost care. But it’s important to point out that there’s always some or the other fault, repair or maintenance that needs to be tended to.
