Absolutely amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Young went above and beyond to explain everything he was doing and showed me pictures of what was going on with a couple problem areas. My dental hygienist, Cassidy was amazing, this was absolutely the best cleaning experience I have had in my whole life. I found the staff to be professional and the clinic itself was clean and well organized. However, I was disappointed to learn that the clinic does not accept Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) coverage for First Nations clients. As a Treaty First Nations person, access to healthcare services is important, and direct billing through NIHB can make a significant difference for many individuals and families. Kind and professional. Had to call to reschedule within 2 weeks of my appointment and was able to reschedule within 2 weeks. Very reasonable compared to waiting months at other offices. Very happy with the services received
