In the late 1960's, Mr. Lloyd Sr. started out as a self-employed HVAC contractor, finding time on weekends to teach his son, John, the fine art of residential and commercial HVAC. Lloyd and Son saved the day when our studio AC unit failed a few months after installation. They replaced it at no cost and were excellent at communicating their schedule. They went above and beyond, driving far to find the right unit and even directly contacting our landlord about a power issue that was affecting the whole building. They always answered our calls and texts promptly and were incredibly kind throughout the process. Highly recommend!
