As a first time home buyer there are so many things that one needs to consider and Lloyd guided us the best way possible to find our dream home and make a decision on it. Simply put Llyod is the man! My wife and I needed to find a place to live on short notice and find a place that would accept our dog. (No easy task) Llyod went above and beyond looking for places working with listing agents to find a place. He really takes the hospitality side of his job seriously.
