I called in this morning and spoke with Crisanne Richards in your office and I was not happy. My policy kept going up and up with no explanation from Nationwide. She was very patient with me and we reviewed my whole policy and she found discounts I was not receiving on my policy. With a couple clicks of a button, Ms. Richards was able to get my rate lowered and she also asked me for my life insurance. I will definitely go back to Ms. Richards when I am ready to get that set up. Great job on your hire with Ms. Richards.
I recently was involved in an accident & was quite shaken up. I called and spoke to Brett in my Nationwide office. I was very confused about the claims process being that this was my first accident!
