Went to John Lee Nissan yesterday after going to few other places looking for a new SUV for my wife. Was not really planning on buying anything but after walking the lot Patrick Colbert was able to show us a used Nissan Pathfinder that she fell in love with. Before we knew it thanks to Pat we drove away in her new car and have been incredibly happy. Great staff and service. Will definitely return and suggest John lee to my friends!!!!
I have had 2 bad experiences with this company. I brought my 97 Toyota Corolla in to this company and asked for my starter to be changed and for them to do a 5 point inspections. The man I spoke with was Sean Manley. He told me it would cost $105.00 for the inspection. Brought the car in on Wednesday. He called me on Thursday told me the starter part was $140.00 and that it would cost $230.00 to put it in and that i would have to pay an extra $105.00 to restart the 5 point inspections even though my husband had already told ... read more
