When I lived in New Hampshire a number of years ago, I think at least 18, Dr.Wilcox performed surgery on my eyes for diabetic retinopathy. Recently, I have had a number problems with my eyes, but none related to the retinopathy surgery. In fact, every doctor and surgeon says that he did an amazing job. Thank you, Dr. Wilcox -Bill
