RecommendedI cannot say enough about the service and help I received from Lloyd’s lumber’s staff Mike and Greg today. We were having water in the basement issues and Greg hooked me up with a sweet sump pump that I could use with my garden hose! Feeling so blessed to know Mike and to be able to help my husband deal with this water issue. Thankfully didn’t need the shop vac that was available to rent also! Too bad I can't unselect the one star I gave them. Tom Neubert is the worst. Poor customer service. Unappreciative of the business that I give them. Though not often I have never called any other rental place in mankato I've always just rented from them. Well needless to say after today's experience I won't be going back as long as Tom is at the business. He even complained about honoring the Scarlett card....it was only a savings of $5. But if he didn't want to honor it he should just leave his miserable company off of it.
The guys at the rental counter where great to deal with. All around good knowledgeable guys .
