One day I called and someone told me they would call me back and I never heard back from anyone. I ended up calling again two days later. Everyday I called someone told me I would get my vehicle at the end of that day. I think if they found out that my vehicle wasn't going to be ready, I should have gotten a phone call. 4.5 Star : Returned Clean
