I’ve been a patient here for over serval years and have always had a positive experience until recently. During that time, I have never missed an appointment and have never been late for an appointment. When I called to schedule a physical, I was told I owed a missed appointment fee. I tried to explain the situation and ask to speak with the Dr.Lloyd , but I was not given the opportunity to do so. Lloyd's office and practice is great. He listens to my concerns and does what he needs to accommodate said concerns. He's helped maintain blood pressure control for me, and the office staff are nice and helpful too. Appointments are commonly available too.
Dr. Lloyd has been my physician for years. He listens to my concerns and provides well thought out and insightful advice and guidance. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate, patient and knowledgeable primary care physician!
