Rude receptionist, unprofessional treatment of patients.
Office feels more like a free health clinic. Front desk staff is very unprofessional and not very knowledgable. Dr Lloyd is a nice guy but this practice is Gheto - will not be going back
My grandfather has been going to Dr Lloyd for several yrs. Dr Lloyd was very patient with him during his time of illness. He would see my grandfather even when he arrived at his office unannounced because he would be forgetful in the last few years before his passing. Dr. Lloyd is very understanding and caring for his patience. He's doing what he was" called " on earth to do. Thank you for the years of being a provider for my granddad.
Being a doctor myself, I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Lancelot Lloyd. A genuine, caring, patient, thorough and knowledgeable gentleman. Kim, his nurse is pleasant and proessional and made me feel very comfortable.
