Avoid this facility unless you want delays, zero transparency, and unprofessional treatment. I scheduled an appointment here specifically for an MRI of my neck—an appointment I clearly explained was for imaging, not a consultation. At no point did anyone tell me that this visit would only be a consultation and that the actual MRI would be pushed two weeks later. Had they been honest up front, I would have made an informed decision or scheduled at their Ocala location, which does same-day consultation AND MRI without issue. W... read more
Dr. Kim is one of the most personal and professional physicians I’ve had the privilege to know. I would highly recommend his services to all who encounter any orthopedic concerns. So, to all you villagers, keep playing pickleball, Dr. Kim has your back, knees or whatever covered.
The process from calling for my first appointment, with a speedy scheduled date all the way to the check-in and wait times are the best experience for any prior orthopedic practice Really appreciate Dr. Kim’s style. He treats my mother, my husband and myself. I’m impressed with his process of starting to determine the problem And tries all options before discussing surgery.
