I called this law firm recently and spoke with a woman who seemed completely unprepared. She had no idea what she was talking about, couldn’t answer basic questions, and failed to clarify anything I asked. When pressed, she admitted she’s not a lawyer. The call felt dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend or give business to this firm. They don’t seem to care about clients.
