Great dental office and experience! I had a dental emergency and even though it was their day off, Dr. Lloyd and his staff came in just to take care of me. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly professional, caring and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable and genuinely showed that they cared. I just had a wonderful experience at this dental office!! Dr. Lloyd was kind, gentle, and thorough, making the whole visit stress free. The office staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made check in and scheduling my appointments so easy. The office was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!! Thanks for the great experience today. Bonus, I didn’t have any cavities :)
I had dental crown placement done here and had a terrible experience working with both Dr Lloyd and the receptionist. During my initial visit for the crown preparation, I addressed my concern to the dental assistant regarding my Invisalign retainers potentially having problems fitting after the crown. She said she would tell the dentist and I was told it would it should not be a problem. Then, during the crown cementation 2 weeks later, I brought it up again, and received the same response. I have been going to this dentist for 17 years. I asked them to bill my kids dad so we could use an HSA card. They said they wouldn't bill. They made my 16 year-old pay cash for her and her sister because they "need payment same day" we have insurance. We have never failed to pay. I tried to talk to them by calling them, but they wouldn't take my call.
