I have been going to this dentist for 17 years. I asked them to bill my kids dad so we could use an HSA card. They said they wouldn't bill. They made my 16 year-old pay cash for her and her sister because they "need payment same day" we have insurance. We have never failed to pay. I tried to talk to them by calling them, but they wouldn't take my call. I canceled my treatment with another practice to come here instead. In doing so I avoided $900 worth of unnecessary work and just generally felt like I knew what was going on. Dr. Lloyd is easy to understand and never recommends a service that you don't need. He takes time to examine your mouth, X-Rays, and situation before acting. The fillings he did for me were done quickly, precisely, and I was comfortable the whole time. Very, very good dentist. If you're looking around, I highly recommend you go with Dr. Lloyd.
