This place is AWFUL! My mother, who has ILD, was 5 minutes late to her appointment today and the receptionist said they have a policy where if you’re late at all, they have to reschedule. FIVE MINUTES. She’d been waiting 3 months to see this doctor. AND THEN, it would be another 3 months to reschedule! My mom is almost 70 years old, has scleroderma ILD and can’t breathe and they refused to see her for being five minutes late. Dr. Del Mundo really takes the time to listen to concerns and explain any questions about a procedure or any other treatment. He puts the patient first and is very patient. Very knowledgeable about his field.
Dr. Del Mundo is a fantastic physician. He has a wonderful bedside manner and develops a great rapport with his patients. He is extremely knowledgable about pulmonology and critical care.
