This is a big property management company with endless resources, yet they decided to target a newly single mom who was struggling after her divorce. They told her she could be released from her lease since she couldn’t afford it, then blindsided her by suing her anyway. For a company of this size to go after someone in such a vulnerable position is heartless and predatory. If this is how they treat tenants, it says everything you need to know about their priorities.
I am currently residing in their Aspen Commons community. Lloyd Companies went above and beyond to help me get into one of their units last minute after I moved to SD from out of state. They were so kind and understanding and helped me move mountains to ensure my daughter and I had a safe place to live. Definitely an A+ company and I can't recommend them enough!
