When my husband Bill and I walked into 'The DECO' it reminded me going to my favorite Aunt's home for her warm chocolate chip cookies and tea. Standing in the foyer I had feelings of safety, comfort and a sense of community. The spark started meeting with Des Moines,Iowa DECO manager JOE. My senses were impresssed and I knew I wanted to call 'The DECO' home and we did.
I’m truly very happy living here. After moving from my previous apartment, I’ve noticed a big difference—whenever I report a maintenance issue, it gets handled right away. The staff are kind and welcoming, and my neighbors are respectful and considerate. Everyone follows proper etiquette in shared spaces, and there are no noise problems at all. Overall, I experience no inconvenience in my daily life, which makes living here very comfortable and satisfying.
This apartment complex at Heartland Heights is good place to live. Maintenance fix right away. Great property manager in management
