Ella my leasing agent was hands down the best option I could have taken. We toured 2 places and she was very efficient with mine and her time. She helped me out with getting documents uploaded EVEN AFTER REGULAR HOURS!! She is/was an amazing help, definitely reach out to her for assistance. 5/5 stars!
We live in the Royal Oak Property in Sioux Falls. Yesterday Maintenance came to our apartment to address an issue with our dishwasher. Trent fixed it temporarily and left us a detailed note about what we had to do( let it dry for 24 hrs) and that new replacement racks were ordered from the manufacturer. He is terrific!
Samantha met us early on Friday morning (before hours) to accommodate our schedule to show us different properties. We are so extremely grateful she helped us find the perfect new place to live and we actually got the lease the same day!
