Chapman Realty did a great job for me couldn't be more pleased
I had no choice but to rent from these people. I was coming to Ottawa to work and my employer set up an apartment from Chapman for me to rent. Let me tell you, it was disgusting. You would think they would clean it a little before I moved in. Not a chance. Everything was in bad need of repair. (Did I mention filthy, also!) I can't imagine how these people live.
