It’s no wonder Lloyd Center is half-empty. I just got a parking ticket for “not being an active customer,” even though I had just returned from making a purchase from one of their stores. Apparently the problem is that I crossed the street first to get money from the bank (so I could make said purchase.) Even though that bank is connected to the mall by a sky bridge. This mall is complete garbage. It used to b a fairly safe place, but it has been overrun by thieves. My friends purse was snatched from her by teenagers. Mall security was a complete joke in response. I will NEVER shop at this mall again. It’s unsafe. Multiple store owners told us the management has failed to address security for years. What a letdown.
