This is a terrible place. I will never go back. We just moved to Portland and someone told me awhile back to make sure to go to Lloyd Center. They must've been punking me. Why anyone would go there is beyond me. Our first clue should've been that there was hardly a soul in the entire mall. Terrible place.
I went to the store Ross I spent about $3 straight in the changing room trying clothes on and I spent all my money on clothes. Despite the fact that I was all by myself it was a pretty fun afternoon
Lloyd Center had become dirty and ghetto. The food court is thug paradise. Gang bangers sit up there and "hold court" ( sell drugs) while their minions try and bully and scare others. It's so dirty and trashy. There are 3 store at LC that I love- but they'll now only get my online business ....or I'll venture to Clackamus.
Ice Rink and remodel basically are done. Safe to go back to the mall. Food court has become somewhat of a culinary ghost town - even the McDonald's is no longer there. Sarku Japan is gone, and Taco Time too.
The Lloyd center encourages sexual assault by leasing to a store called Spencer's who sells T-shirts that glamorize sexual assaulting women. I will discourage everyone I can to not shop at the Lloyd center until the break ties with Spencer's permanently.
