Horrible experience. Within the first 24 hours loved one fell while trying to get out of the wheelchair leaving a dark bruise on their face, when asked why they didn’t wait for assistance “they were taking too long”. Several visitors noticed the strong smell of urine in patient’s room to learn each time no one had come into the room to check on them.
