Outstanding Service. I had a very personal but yet professional experience with the gentleman whom evaluated me. My circumstance(out of state) specifically had many unexpected "road blocks" (for lack of a better phrase) from before walking into his office up to the last time meeting with him, and when these "Road Blocks" were presented to LLC Behavioral Health Services, I received quick and constant communication along with guidance through the entire process. This guy misplaced my boyfriends paperwork and then tried to blame it on my boyfriend lmao this guy doesn’t know what he’s doing it seems. I would spend the extra $25 and get the substance abuse evaluation done at Arbor Circle because this guy will probably mess up your evaluation
