My first telehealth Kandace had her camera off and kept turning it on and off. My second appointment she no-call no-showed, then claimed my number was wrong in the system but she had texted me. I was willing to reschedule but she never replied to my email, nor had she attempted to contact me in any other way to let me know she was unable to make the appointment.
