They stripped a stud on my sisters vehicle and refused to replace it. They are the ones to have touched it last prior to the date on receipt. The guy claim he isn’t responsible for the damages and deliberately allowed her to drive off the lot after she stressed to have the stud replaced. This place doesn’t care about motor safety or customer satisfaction.
BUYERS BEWARE: Second set of tires I have bought from here the first I thought was just a glitch, but both sets of tires were defective. One tire in both sets were defective. I would have shaking and vibration after getting the tires from here so I would just go get them balanced and think that’s all it was. nope, didn’t fix the issue. Got them road force balance that didn’t fix the issue. Both times I later found out a tire was defective from the set of 2 I bought from them. No warranty for them is offered, no returns. We had a bulge in our tire in the middle of a cross-country road trip. Had no idea that was the issue, but they immediately figured it out and got us squared away in no time. Excellent, excellent customer service and tire service!!!
We had a blow out on our way home and they were the only shop that had our size tires. We were there maybe 20 minutes and they replaced and balanced 2 tires for us, highly recommend them
These people were a life saver for us we were driving home to tennessee from Florida and had a flat they got us right in and were very friendly and fast
