If I could give this place a -10 star I would! I work in Urgent Care and we acknowledge our patients 99% of the time. Here? Nope, you don’t exist! My mom was in and out of the hospital here for a month or two before she passed away, they left her to rot in bed for hours on end in the same position in her urine and poop. I, along with my sisters, would have to flag someone down and even then it still took them AN HOUR to get someone to come in to help.
