Hospital was stuffy, very small. Had an odd smell staff. Was I'm professional as far as their security guards? There were 4 of them. They were joking around and playing around at the front desk as well as a nurse, drawing blood from a patient in the hallway, which is located in the same lobby as the weight room. Didn't have any baby changing tables to change my born baby. Dr's and nurses were kind and helpful just seemed like a thrown together type facility
I went to take my adult resident to Norwalk Community Hospital and it took 30 hours for them to provide him a bed for admission. And all of a sudden this lady told the nurses to move him to the lobby without even asking the patient if it’s ok to move him since they have 911 patients coming in. He was kicked out from the ER like an animal without addressing his name in due respect. Nurses were amazing they were very thorough took care of me I am beyond grateful and happy with everyone’s service thank you
