Awful experience. I went home and cried. He was loud, belittling, and mean. Everything i was doing and had done was wrong and bad. I will never go back and made an appointment with a different podiatrist.
I've been a patient for a couple of years and have been pleased with the care. Except for one thing: their phones are always busy. Dr. Santoro was initially seen because of my fallen arches . He made an evaluation of my feet and walking style. From that he crafted me a pair of custom arch supports which were extremely helpful in relieving my foot pain to this day, several years later. After that he continued to take care of my feet and toe nails as a diabetic for several years without any significant foot problems. In addition, he is very friendly to the point that I enjoy having him care fo my feet. Lynn W. Blunt, M. D. Retired Forensic Psychiatrist
