L.L. & Rowe Roofing is a very professional company with excellent customer service. Will assisted us with our claim and was there from the first inspection carried out by our insurance company until the job was completed. We had extensive hail damage and he coordinated the whole process like clockwork. He ensured that our roof, gutters, windows, siding, were all repaired and kept us informed every step of the way. He is honest, professional and reliable and you can depend on him to get the work well done.
I highly recommend L.L. & Rowe Roofing. This is a great company. William is very informative and was able to educate me and my husband through the whole process. He answered all of our questions. He was very honest, efficient and organized. When I received approval from the insurance company, they quickly got to work and finished in a timely manner. My husband and I are very happy and impressed with our new roof!

William inspected and filed the claim with my insurance company. The claim was approved and L.L. & Rowe roofing replaced the roof, gutters and screens on my house. I was kept informed and everything was done when it was suppose to be done. I had no problems with the installation or the quality of the work. The entire staff at L.L. & Rowe Roofing helped me through the whole process of filing my first ever home insurance claim for storm damage. Will kept me informed of the progress and advised me how to proceed when my old insurance company refused to pay out what was needed to get my roof and gutters to pre-storm conditions.
