I'm obsessed with my apartment. I looked all over PDX, and this was at the tippity top of my price range. I have to take an extra client to make it work but it is SOOO worth it. I have never been so happy to come home. The view of the evergreens is astounding for a location that is walkable to all of the excitement of Downtown. It's clear the builders of LL Hawkins had a clear and meaningful vision while designing this beautiful building. It pulls back rich history from old 'Slabtown' even down to the name of their community space, the Jupiter room. Jupiter was the name of Mr. Hawkins horse. When someone puts that much detail into their design, you know this building is their baby! LL Hawkins is an amazing place to live! The location is ideal. Conveniently near 21st St. & 23rd with tons of different retail stores and trendy restaurants to choose from. In Slabtown, with breathtaking views of the West Hills, Mt. St. Helens, the Freemount bridge and beautiful downtown Portland. I loved the lay out of their apartment homes. The square footage is utilitied to the fullest. I would highly recommend this property. The staff are super helpful & friendly as well. Which is a huge plus!
