This L&L location is terrible. I got the bbq mix plate and I couldn’t even tell if I was eating the beef or chicken. The kalbi ribs had fat and bones and the rest of the meats were all cut the same size and look like they had just been sitting marinating in teriyaki sauce. I lived in Hawaii for 5 years and not once did I ever get served this trash. The only thing that tasted Hawaiian was the Hawaiian Sun. Safe but Hawaiian Bros is better than this so called mix plate. Co-worker invited me to order lunch for carry out on Thursday July 2nd, 2026. It was my 1st time eating from L&L and was informed it was very good food. I ordered 2 Auntie Sarah's Stir-fry beef w/extra cabbage. The beef was burnt (blk) and tasted very bad. No extra cabbage as well and came out very disappointed.
Estuve más de 20 minutos esperando por una orden online que se pide con tiempo para que es lista a la hora de recogida y aún así tuve que esperar por ella muchísimo tiempo y el local sin aire acondicionado muchísimo calor adentro muy mal servicio la verdad
Tiny portions and the food was old/stale, clearly tasted and looked like it was sitting all day on cooktop. If you’ve had L&L in Cali, this location will disappoint
