I've been coming to this branch for years, I've think they are pretty good value in these days and ages of ever rising prices everywhere. This visit the regular sized loco moco about $14 was definitely filling for me. 2 hamburger patties with 2 eggs of your choice on top with gravy, Hawaiian style. Then lots of carbs: 2 scoops rice and macaroni salads. This visit Alex in the front was helpful in explaining the difference between mini and regular. Service was efficient as surprisingly for a mid afternoon they were quite busy.
I had a really disappointing experience with the front counter staff. I explained that I placed my order through LoyaltyPlant, because that’s the only platform I’m familiar with. Instead of helping, the woman at the front responded with attitude and said, “I don’t see your order. Did you use Uber or DoorDash?” I told her I ordered online, and she snapped, “Which one?
