I had a really disappointing experience with the front counter staff. I explained that I placed my order through LoyaltyPlant, because that’s the only platform I’m familiar with. Instead of helping, the woman at the front responded with attitude and said, “I don’t see your order. Did you use Uber or DoorDash?” I told her I ordered online, and she snapped, “Which one? Best LnL in vegas
So I'm changing my review. We use 2 like it, but it has changed a lot, the fries are different and not good, the portions are getting smaller, I will not go there for my Hawaiian food... I'm not sure if they changed owners, but we dislike it now.... + NO MORE SARACHA FOR THE FOOD, ONLY TABASCO... NOPE NOPE NOPE. MY PRICE DESERVES A GOOD TASTY SARACHA FLAVOR .
