Unacceptable SERVICE and QUALITY. TL:DR Recieved overcooked food - back of house blames it on customer. Bad service with good food is excusable and bad food with good service is ok too. It is unacceptable to be bad at both. I ordered a Loco Moco around 6:30 on 10/30/2025. The egg I received was completely overcooked and not sunny side up. I come back to get a new egg and the back of house has the audacity to tell me, "Make sure you tell us next time you want an over easy egg." Is this even a Hawaiian restaurant? This is a very great clean and delicious restaurant! I have been here many times and everything is always great and the staff is very nice!
