I have been eating L&L for years on Sports Arena and Hawaii. Yesterday I went in the sports arena restaurant and ordered Katsu Chicken & Shrimp with well done fries only (told the counter girl 2x) When I got my order it was with rice and Mac salad no fries. I took it back without touching it and the girl said you ordered with Mac salad. I told her no you must have misunderstood.
