This was a bizarre incident. I came in with my two little girls to grab a katsu kids bowl and a mixed bbq because I love this place. After placing my order my youngest dropped her cup on the dirty floor so I asked the cashier for a new one. After handing it over, I gave it back to my child, however, the cashier was bothered. Mentioning that she felt rude the way I grabbed the new cup from her. She said I snatched it and she was offended. It may have been good but the front desk chick was rude and not helpful even the people in front were like perplexed and trying to find out and get assistance. She just kept saying no. No. Nope. You can't do that you can't get that. Instead of like I dont know helping them... get her off the front desk!!! Lol. She is rude and kills the whole hawaiian experience lol. Macaroni salad wasnt good at all. Reddit says there are others and this is just hype.
