Great customer service from the staff. Unfortunately, the bbq beef was not good at all. It was hard to chew, rough, dry, overcooked. Tastes like beef jerky & had the texture of beef jerky. That’s not usually how I’ve gotten the bbq beef from other L&L locations. Really disappointed with it since I didn’t eat all day & was really craving the bbq and it just ended up being disgusting. Had to throw it away because the taste & texture was just not good.
Their meat is super salty and low quality. Bbq beef and chicken is burnt and drenched with sauce and very salty. Plus their fountain drink doesn’t work.
