context: ordered through uber eats pickup at 8:03 usually never write reviews, but my pickup time was 8:22 and they told me they were still working on food. watched people come in and place their order and receive their food while i was still waiting. finally at 8:45 the incompetent cashier told me she forgot to call out the order while the food was just sitting there. terrible service and cold food.
