We've ordered catering from here a few times for an event and yesterday was the most recent time that we did so. Multiple people found hair in their food in both the Mac salad and rice. I called and let them know and it didn't go further then them asking in which items we found it in. I wasn't necessarily looking for compensation as it was a rather expensive amount we spent. This place is fantastic. Great food, great service and fantastic atmosphere. It might be the fact that I adore Hawaii, but this place is just great. Not enough people come here for how amazing this place is.
Excellent location, food is delicious. Employees are always welcoming and friendly whether your dining in or just picking up. We will definitely be back!
