The staff was very professional, friendly at the Morrisville store. I first had selected a different laminate but neded to change it. They made it easy to exchange the laminate for a different one. They have a large selection of engineered wood patterns for your flooring needs also tile. I needed something that would complement old engineered wood flooring. Brian, Jari, and Mason were very helpful throughout the experience. They matched us with an installer (Veliz Construction) that came across as being very thorough and thoughtful (we had a few concerns about product selection), and gave us a few suggestions/recommendations as to how to proceed. The product we selected was available at a very competitive price, and the financing options offered to us were the icing on the cake.
