I bought a new house in September and called L.L. Flooring to have hardwood flooring installed. I spoke to a “Mark Lowe” who called me “baby” and “honey” and said he’d take care of everything and don’t worry. He gave me a name of an installer “Elegant Flooring” and someone named “Bob” to work with. Fast forward to less than a week before closing and the install. Neither Bob or Mark had talked. This man is a liar and has bad communications
Called in amd paid in advance because I had to go to three separate locations to fill an order. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for help anyway, just to load. Doesn't seem like they work with contractors much.
