I bought a beautiful floor from LL , within one week floor started splitting / cracking It’s been over a month now. no one will get back to me from headquarters. I’m frustrated. Put the floor in June. Almost a year! No response!! Ever since I put this floor in from China, I’m having breathing problems. I am going to take legal council. “floors are a mess”, so is their customer service.. Note: they sent me a check for 1600.00. Floor eill need to be sanded in future.

Janet was very helpful with selecting kitchen cabinets. She came over our place to take measurements twice and the delivery was quick, afterwards. Literally, took one week only. Fairly priced. Will be back
