Unprofessional. Our floors still haven’t arrived and it’s going on 6 weeks. I understand that things happen along the way that is out of LL Flooring’s hands, but I never received a phone call to update me in this process. The manager, Scotty, was rude with very poor custom service. We wanted to be compensated in some way and he chose to lose us as customers instead. We are getting refunded and moving on to somewhere new.
