I placed my order and they said it would take four weeks. Four weeks went by, I called them asking them about an update and they had no idea where my order was. They told me that they would look into it and give me a call back within the next couple of days and never did. I left an email and I still never heard back. I called back and they’re still confused about my order even though it went through their whole process and they have my account open..
